What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to fulfill and ship out small orders within 5-7 business days, or to meet your specified 'need by' date, and that is the norm. Please be aware that there can be delays due to holidays, current on-shelf inventory, or a high production time. + Custom designed orders may also take a little longer, so just plan ahead.
+ Some items are made to order, so also may take an additional few days.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you find a problem with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at GodAndCountryWorkshop@gmail.com, and we'll consider how we can help you.

Are you able to send me a proof before shipping my order?

Yes, especially for custom design work, and for proofreading, it is part of our process to send a design mock-up for review, revisions and final approval.

Are you able to create a custom design or item upon request?

Yes, we love custom orders! Whether you have a special personalized gift in mind, or would like your company logo on a collection of items, we're here to help you make it happen. Depending on the complexity of the design, a design fee may apply. Just contact us and we'll be happy to work with you.

Are you able to engrave my logo?

Absolutely. We love to help with company branding, marketing and swag. Please just provide clean black and white art work, in either PNG or SVG format.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, if you are interested in placing a wholesale or bulk order, whether customized/personalized or other items on on site, please contact us and let us know the details of your needs. We'd be happy to work with you and offer wholesale pricing for high quantity multiples of same items.

Do you ship internationally?

We're sorry - At this time we only ship within the United States.

BOARDS / WOOD ITEMS DISCLAIMER

All wood pieces are milled down from large lumber. A beautiful engrave on high-quality items is always our top goal. So please take note that due to the nature of natural materials such as wood, it is expected to have small irregularities or markings, or minimal change in lightness/darkness or the engrave, as every piece of wood is different, and density can vary as well, sometimes within the same piece. The designs of the grain also vary. These expected variances only adds to the rustic nature and uniqueness of every finely finished piece.

Can I place my board (cutting, chopping, serving or charcuterie board) in the dishwasher?

No, please only hand-wash your boards, with warm water, soap and a sponge or cloth. Hand dry with a dish towel immediately. Never leave your board soaking in a sink or dish pan.
